Remote Online Notary
Notarize eligible documents online from a convenient location.
Remote Online Notarization provides a secure audio-video option for eligible documents when an in-person mobile visit is not necessary.
How it works
A secure online option for eligible notarizations.
Remote Online Notarization allows an eligible signer and Florida notary to meet through secure audio-video technology rather than being in the same physical location.
The document and signer must meet the requirements for the online notarization process. Identity verification and platform requirements apply before the notarial act can be completed.
Before you book
Have the document available and be prepared to complete the identity-verification steps required by the remote notarization platform. Some documents or situations may require an in-person appointment instead.
